Conoley Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI consulting services for small businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit conoleygroup.com, use our AI intake tool, or interact with us in any way.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact forms and inquiries: name, email address, company name, phone number, employee count, and any message you write.
- Report downloads: email address submitted to receive our AI Savings Report.
- AI intake conversations: the text of your conversation with our AI assistant, plus any business information you share during that conversation (company details, pain points, goals).
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, and browser. Collected via PostHog.
- Session recordings: anonymized replays of how you interact with our site (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling). We use PostHog Session Replay for this. No passwords or payment fields are recorded.
- Cookies: we use first-party cookies for analytics (PostHog) and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, prepare proposals, and deliver consulting services.
- CRM: contact and company information is stored in HubSpot so we can manage our relationship with you.
- Analytics: to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve the experience.
- AI processing: conversation data from the intake tool is processed by Anthropic’s Claude AI to provide you with an initial assessment. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
- Communications: to send you the report you requested or respond to your contact form submission. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Third-Party Services
We share data with the following service providers, each under their own privacy policies:
- PostHog (analytics and session replay) — US Cloud hosting
- HubSpot (CRM and contact management)
- Anthropic (Claude AI for conversation processing)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Railway (backend infrastructure and database hosting)
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your data with advertising networks.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and conversation data for the duration of our business relationship and up to 24 months after last contact. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Cookies
Our site uses first-party cookies for analytics (PostHog) and session management. PostHog Session Replay uses cookies to associate interactions with anonymized sessions. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database hosting, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
